Looks great! I can't wait to see the progress over the weekend o' painting... you have a ton of catching up to do if you are moving in before us! We got our move-in date- not until Dec - the first or second weekend! Looks like I'll do my tree through the New Year this time... They are finishing up our tile this week. Then trim and painting of the trim. The basement is almost finished except for carpet. Yippee!
Love all the house pics. We really like the exterior...is that painted? We want to paint this spring could you tell me the color??? Love the rock pillars. A super blessing for you all.
Kim ~ Thanks! It is a blessing and will be more of one when we can finally move in!
Cheri ~ You are correct! We have a lot of catching up to do! Painting is Mon - Thurs and then Dave will start on tile, doors and trim. Carpet in on Dec. 1 and then we should be able to move in Dec. 4thish. We will see how it goes ;o)
Wendy ~ The house is painted. We had the siding pre-painted by a finishing company in town so we didn't have to paint it in the freezing cold ;o) The color is greek olive (Columbia Paint) with Classic Cream trim. I can't take credit as I stole the color scheme from Rondi Byers (a friend from church.) Her and her husband live our in Harvest Vista so if you want to see the color in person you can drive out there and check it out. It would be pretty easy to find because it is kind of a unique exterior color...not your typical taupe or beige ;o)
I am a stay at home mom (if you can call it that) to four beautiful, crazy kids! I have been married to the most wonderful man for almost 13 years, where did the time go? My husband wears so many hats - we call him Dr. Pastor Brain. Along with having his PhD in wildlife biology and working full time for a timber company, he also runs 2 internet businesses and is preparing to be a pastor of the new church we are starting in Missoula, MT. You can check out the website www.rccmissoula.org. My children keep me running, however I consider myself so blessed to be called their mom! When a I have a little spare time my favorite thing to do is bargain shop - preferably in a store but the internet will do. "Shopping is a woman thing. It’s a contact sport like football. Women enjoy the scrimmage, the noisy crowds, the danger of being trampled to death, and the ecstasy of the purchase." Erma Bombeck
